We welcome volunteer help in our grassroots campaigns, and would welcome your financial support. Just let us know how you'd like to help each new voice added to ours helps us speak for the foothills. Im confused by some of the terms Ive read about. How can I learn more? Check out CGFs website glossary of environmental terms. How is the Committee funded? Nearly all of our operating support comes from individuals. We also receive valuable support from corporations and foundations. Are gifts to the Committee for Green Foothills tax-deductible? In 2004, the Committee reorganized, and it is now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All gifts to the Committee are now tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Can I make a gift in support of a particular campaign? We welcome directed gifts. Just let us know which campaign youd like to support, and well make sure your gift goes directly toward that work. How can I subscribe to the CGF newsletter? Committee for Green Foothills members receive a subscription to our newsletter you can join with a gift of $40 or more. How can I get back issues of the Committees newsletter, Green Footnotes? Issues from May 2001 are archived on our website (see our News Archive).
