Some time ago I attended a meeting to learn more about the plans to put a wearhouse in coyote valley.
Since then I’ve heard nothing more. Do you know what the City has decided to do in changing the zoning to allow this monstrosity to pollute the pristine environment and add to traffic congestion with numerous semi truck coming to and from the wearhouse?

Hi Patricia: the City of San Jose is still in the environmental review process for the proposed warehouse you mentioned. Once they have completed their draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR), they will release it publicly, and you and everyone else will have a chance to submit comments on the warehouse and on the environmental review. We will definitely post about this here on our website, as well as notifying everyone on our Action Alert email list.

  Is this the warehouse that is currently being built on the east side of Hellyer Rd south of Silver Creek Valley Rd & north of Bernal? Or is there another warehouse planned?

  Sorry – after viewing the video, I see it is off Monterey Highway, south of the power plant by Metcalf Rd.
